In The Mood For Color
Hello again crafty friend! Today's card stems from the class called "In The Mood for Color" with Stephanie Klauck as part of Altenew's Educator Certification Program. She suggested that we focus on the mood of a color instead of the stamp or die cut. She explained that each color represents different moods and how that interprets onto the card. Looking at the colors and moods, I decided to use a color that I don't usually work with, orange. Orange symbolizes health, happiness and courage. I also wanted to use a stamp and die set that I haven't used yet either, Build A Flower Snapdragon. Snapdragons are a great source for pollinators such as bees and have been around since the Roman era. Orange snapdragon's represent desire, fascination, enthusiasm, positive energy, warmth, cheerfulness, success and passion. I hope that some of these moods are expressed in today's card.
